What this service is

The Full Package provides comprehensive administrative and settlement support for international students applying to study or currently studying in Georgia.
It includes all services available in the Plus Package, together with enhanced student visa assistance, payment of the standard TRC application fee, one year of medical insurance, airport pickup from Tbilisi International Airport, temporary proof-of-funds support, minor-student representation services, hotel booking assistance, and support with transferring between universities in Tbilisi.
Depending on the student’s individual circumstances, our team may either complete the applicable student visa procedure in Georgia or provide the required visa consultation and document support.
The package is valid for one year from the date of payment. University registration fees, tuition fees, accommodation costs, hotel charges, and fees not expressly identified as included remain the student’s responsibility.
Full payment is required before work begins. The package becomes non-refundable once document review, preparation, processing, booking, insurance registration, coordination, or another included service has started.

What you need

The applicant must provide a clear and valid passport copy.
The applicant must provide the selected university’s name for insurance registration.
The applicant must provide the preferred insurance start date.
The applicant must provide accurate and complete information about their circumstances.
The applicant must cooperate with requests for additional information or documents.
The applicant must attend required appointments in person when necessary.
The applicant must pay all charges that are not expressly included in the package.
The applicant must use the included services within one year from the payment date.
The applicant must comply with the eligibility requirements of the relevant bank, embassy, insurer, university, landlord, ministry, or government authority.
Airport pickup must be requested at least three working days before arrival.
Airport pickup details must include the flight number, arrival date, arrival time, number of passengers, and destination.
Applicants under 18 must obtain the required power of attorney in their home country.
The minor-student power of attorney must be properly legalised or authenticated according to the applicable requirements.
The original eligible power-of-attorney documentation must be provided to Univs.com in person before local representation can begin.
Full payment must be completed before work begins.

We review and prepare the documents needed for the relevant included procedures.
Where required, we arrange translation, revision, notarisation, or document coordination for the included services.
We assess whether the student visa procedure can be completed in Georgia or whether consultation is required.
Where eligible, we prepare and complete the applicable visa procedure in Georgia.
We prepare and assist with the TRC application and pay one standard TRC application fee.
We arrange the student’s one-year medical insurance from the selected start date.
Where bank support is needed, we prepare the required documents and accompany the student to the bank.
Where accommodation support is needed, we connect the student with a broker who assists with the rental process.
Where airport pickup is requested, the student submits the travel details at least three working days in advance.

How much does the Full Package cost?

The Full Package costs USD 1,695. Full payment is required before the service process begins.

How long is the Full Package valid?

The package is valid for one year from the date of payment. Any unused service expires after the one-year validity period.

Does the Full Package include everything in the Plus Package?

Yes. The Full Package includes all Plus Package services together with additional visa, TRC, insurance, airport pickup, bank-statement, minor-student, hotel-booking, and university-transfer support.

Is the university registration fee included?

No. University application, admission, registration, and tuition fees are separate and are not included in the Full Package.

Is student visa assistance included?

Yes. Depending on the student’s circumstances, we may complete the eligible student visa procedure in Georgia or provide consultation and document assistance where direct completion is not possible.

Are student visa fees included?

The applicable official embassy or consular visa application fee and eligible visa paperwork completed inside Georgia are included when the visa service falls within the package. Power-of-attorney costs and procedures are not included.

Is the TRC government fee included?

Yes. One standard TRC government application fee is included. Appeals, extensions, renewals, urgent processing, and additional applications are not included.

What TRC assistance is provided?

We review the student’s documents, prepare the required paperwork, accompany the student, assist with submission, pay one standard application fee, and follow up until the relevant authority issues its decision.

Is medical insurance included?

Yes. The Full Package includes 12 months of medical insurance.

When does the medical insurance begin?

The insurance begins from the start date selected by the student. The student must also provide the name of the university where they will study.

Is airport pickup included?

Yes. One pickup from Tbilisi International Airport is included for up to eight passengers, with transportation to the student’s selected accommodation or hotel.

How early should airport pickup be requested?

Airport pickup must be requested at least three working days before the scheduled arrival date.

Are special airport transportation requirements included?

Standard airport transportation is included. Special vehicles, oversized luggage arrangements, additional transfers, or other exceptional requirements may be charged separately.

What bank account assistance is provided?

We prepare the relevant documents, assist with the application, accompany the student to the bank, and provide in-person support throughout the account-opening procedure. The final decision remains with the bank.

What is the bank-statement service?

Where required for an eligible procedure, the package includes temporary proof-of-funds assistance so that the necessary bank statement can be obtained. This service is provided only for the relevant approved procedure and does not transfer ownership of the temporary funds to the student.

What accommodation support is included?

We connect the student with a professional broker who can arrange viewings, communicate with landlords, assist with negotiations, review the rental contract, and help complete the booking process.

Is the accommodation broker’s commission included?

Yes. The broker’s commission is paid by Univs.com. Rent, deposits, utilities, and other accommodation costs remain the student’s responsibility.

Is hotel booking included?

The package includes assistance with up to two hotel booking requests. The hotel price and any cancellation, modification, or additional hotel charges must be paid by the student.

What minor-student assistance is included?

For eligible students under 18, the package can include preparation of local representative documents, local translation and notarisation coordination, appointment of a representative, submission to the relevant authority, and representation for the included procedure.

What must an applicant under 18 prepare?

The applicant’s parent or guardian must obtain the required power of attorney in the home country, complete the required legalisation or authentication, and provide the eligible original document to Univs.com in person before the local process can begin.

Is the power of attorney included?

No. Preparing, issuing, legalising, authenticating, or apostilling the power of attorney in the student’s home country is not included.

What university transfer support is included?

The package includes assistance with up to two eligible university-transfer procedures within Tbilisi, including document review, coordination, and credit-recognition support between universities where applicable.

Are university transfer fees included?

The package covers the administrative assistance provided by Univs.com. Any university, government, recognition, registration, or third-party fee remains separate unless expressly confirmed as included.

Are translations included?

Translation and document revision are included where required for the bank account, TRC, eligible visa procedures completed inside Georgia, ministry procedures, and eligible minor-student documentation covered by the package.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. We provide document preparation, consultation, payment of specified included fees, coordination, and in-person support, but all final decisions are made by the relevant bank, embassy, insurer, university, landlord, ministry, or government authority.

Is the Full Package refundable?

The package becomes non-refundable once document review, preparation, processing, booking, insurance registration, translation, consultation, coordination, or another included service has started. Refunds are governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

Are unused services refundable?

No. Unused services are non-refundable and expire when the one-year validity period ends.

Can the package be transferred to another person?

No. The Full Package is personal to the registered applicant and cannot be transferred.

Can the package be renewed?

No. The package is not automatically renewable. A new service or package must be purchased if assistance is required after the validity period.

Final decisions are made independently by universities, banks, embassies, insurers, landlords, ministries, government authorities, and other third parties, and approval or a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed. University registration and tuition fees, accommodation costs, hotel charges, bank charges, power-of-attorney costs, and other fees not expressly identified as included remain the student’s responsibility. The package is valid for one year from the date of payment and becomes non-refundable once an included service has started. Unused services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire at the end of the validity period. All services remain subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
