Review Guidelines and moderation. Honest positive or negative criticism and first-hand allegations are welcome, and an institute may not require removal merely because a review is unfavourable. Profanity or insulting wording may trigger a respectful-writing suggestion and additional staff review, but does not by itself prevent submission or cause automatic deletion. Personal or contact information, links, and promotional content must be removed before submission. Clear threats, hateful or discriminatory abuse, encouragement of harm, doxxing, or obvious spam may be held out of public view and cannot be published without staff action. Publication always requires student verification and staff review. Univs may hold, decline or remove content, request an author correction, or redact private information; staff will not silently rewrite the substance of a review. Serious allegations receive additional human review and are not rejected merely because they are critical.
Reports and appeals. The current Review Guidelines form part of these Terms. Authors and readers may report a review or appeal a moderation decision through trust@univs.com. Univs does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user reviews.
