Questions sellers ask
Who can sell on Univs?
Registered agencies and companies, and individual freelancers who provide genuine services to students: housing, transfers, translation, document help, visa and residence support, tutoring and more. Every seller is reviewed and verified before their services go live.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining and publishing services is free and there are no subscriptions. Univs keeps a 10% commission plus 2% transaction fee only when an order is completed.
When and how do I get paid?
The buyer pays Univs when they order. After the buyer accepts the delivery (or it completes automatically), your earnings clear 30 days later. You can then withdraw any amount from USD 100 to your bank, Wise or PayPal. Transfer fees are paid by the seller.
Who pays the service fee?
Buyers pay a 5% Univs service fee plus 2% transaction fee on the price plus buyer fees (plus USD 5.00 on orders under USD 200) at checkout. It is not deducted from your earnings.
Can I talk to buyers before they order?
Yes. Buyers can message you through Univs and you can send them a custom offer. To protect both sides, contact details and payments must stay on Univs. For in-person services, details are shared after the order is placed.
I am already a Univs agent. Can I also sell services?
Yes. You can be an agent, a seller, or both, and manage everything from the same Univs agency workspace.
What happens if a buyer is unhappy?
Buyers can ask for one revision after delivery. If you cannot agree, either side can open a dispute from the order page and Univs support will review the order, the messages and the delivery.
Selling is governed by the Marketplace Terms.
