The package includes in-person assistance with opening a bank account, two student visa consultation sessions, full support with the Temporary Residence Card application, accommodation assistance through a professional broker, and preparation of documents required for the bank account and residency processes.
The service is valid for six months from the date of payment. Government charges, university registration fees, rent, deposits, and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated.
Full payment is required before work begins. The package becomes non-refundable once the service process has started.

How much does the Plus Package cost?

The Plus Package costs USD 595. Full payment is required before the service begins.

How long is the Plus Package valid?

The package is valid for six months from the date of payment. Any unused service expires after the six-month period and cannot be carried forward or renewed.

Are government fees included in the package price?

No. Government, embassy, visa, residency, TRC, bank, university, accommodation, and other third-party fees must be paid separately by the student.

Is the university registration fee included?

No. University application, registration, admission, and tuition fees are not included in the Plus Package.

What bank account assistance is provided?

We prepare the relevant documents, assist with the application, accompany the student to the bank, and provide in-person support during the account-opening process. The final decision remains with the bank.

What student visa assistance is included?

The package includes two consultation sessions of up to one hour each. During these sessions, we review the student’s situation and documents, explain the application requirements, and provide guidance on what must be prepared. Additional consultation sessions are not included.

What TRC assistance is included?

We review the student’s eligibility and documents, prepare the required paperwork, accompany the student during the application process, assist with submission, and follow up until the relevant authority issues a decision. Government fees are not included.

What accommodation assistance is provided?

We connect the student with a professional broker who can arrange property viewings, communicate and negotiate with landlords, assist with reviewing the rental contract, and help complete the booking process.

Is the accommodation broker’s commission included?

Yes. The broker’s commission is paid by Univs.com. The student remains responsible for rent, security deposits, utilities, and any other accommodation-related costs.

Are translation costs included?

Translation and document revision are included only when required for the bank account or TRC services covered by the Plus Package. Translation for university, visa, or unrelated procedures is not included.

Is medical insurance included?

No. Medical insurance is not included in the Plus Package.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. We provide professional preparation, guidance, and assistance, but decisions are made independently by banks, embassies, government authorities, universities, landlords, and other third parties.

Is the package refundable?

The package is non-refundable once the service process has started. This includes the beginning of document review, preparation, consultation, scheduling, translation, coordination, or any other work related to the package.

What happens if I do not use every included service?

Unused services are non-refundable and expire at the end of the six-month validity period.

Can I renew the Plus Package after six months?

No. The package is not renewable. A new service or package must be purchased if assistance is required after the validity period ends.
