What this service is
The VIP Package is our most comprehensive support package for international students studying in Georgia.
It includes all services available under the Full Package, together with extended assistance for the duration of the student’s academic program, up to a maximum of six years. The package covers student visa support, bank account assistance, temporary proof-of-funds support, accommodation arrangements, medical insurance, TRC applications and renewal, airport pickup, university orientation, class registration assistance, hotel accommodation for the student and family, guided Georgia tours, SIM cards, university-transfer support, eligible legal assistance, and tuition-fee refund assistance following a visa refusal or TRC rejection.
The package is valid for the student’s academic program duration, up to six years from the date of payment. Medical insurance is provided for the covered study period, up to six years.
Full payment is required before work begins. The package becomes non-refundable once document review, preparation, processing, insurance registration, booking, coordination, or another included service has started.

What you need

- Airport pickup details must include the flight number, date, arrival time, number of passengers, and destination.
- The three-night hotel benefit must be used within the first three months after the student arrives in Georgia.
- The hotel booking must be requested at least three days in advance.
- The hotel benefit covers the student and up to three family members.
- The university tour for parents must be booked in advance.
- The university tour remains subject to the university’s approval.
- Family members attending the university tour must meet the Univs.com representative at the university.
- The TRC renewal must be requested at least 60 days before the existing residence permit expires.
- Applicants under 18 must obtain the required power of attorney in their home country.
- The power of attorney must be correctly legalised or authenticated.
- The eligible original power-of-attorney documentation must be provided to Univs.com in person.

Yes. How long is medical insurance included?
Medical insurance is included for the student’s academic program duration, up to six years. Coverage begins from the start date selected by the student.
Are TRC government fees included?
Yes. The package includes the government fee for the first standard TRC application and the government fee for one TRC renewal.
When should I request the TRC renewal?
The included TRC renewal must be requested at least 60 days before the current residence permit expires.
Is student visa assistance included?
Yes. Where the procedure can be completed in Georgia, we assist with the applicable visa process. Where it must be completed outside Georgia, we provide consultation, document preparation, and application assistance.
Is bank account assistance included?
Yes. We prepare the relevant documents, assist with the application, accompany the student to the bank, and provide in-person support during the account-opening procedure.
Is temporary proof-of-funds assistance included?
Yes. Temporary proof-of-funds support may be provided where required for an eligible visa or residency procedure. The temporary funds do not become the student’s property.
Is accommodation assistance included?
Yes. We connect the student with a professional broker who assists with viewings, landlord communication, negotiation, contract review, and booking. The broker commission is paid by Univs.com.
Are rent and deposits included?
No. The student remains responsible for rent, security deposits, utilities, and other accommodation costs.
What does the university orientation include?
The one-on-one orientation focuses on the student’s selected university. It includes a university tour, guidance regarding facilities and departments, assistance understanding university procedures, and support with relevant administrative requirements.
What class-registration assistance is included?
The package includes one individual class-registration session. We can review available subjects, assist with course selection, help the student use the university portal, and communicate with the university where necessary.
Is a university tour available for parents?
Yes. One tour of the student’s selected university in Tbilisi is available for parents or family members. The tour must be booked in advance and remains subject to university approval. Transportation is not included.
What hotel accommodation is included?
The package includes three consecutive nights at a four-star hotel in Tbilisi for the student and up to three family members. The hotel is selected and paid for by Univs.com.
When can the hotel benefit be used?
It must be used within the first three months after the student arrives in Georgia and should be requested at least three days in advance.
Are additional hotel nights included?
No. Any additional nights, upgrades, changes, or extra hotel services must be paid for separately by the student.
What is included in the Georgia tour?
The package includes a two-day guided tour for up to four people: one day in Tbilisi and one day outside Tbilisi. Transportation, a guide, entrance tickets, and accommodation outside Tbilisi where required are included.
Are meals included during the tour?
No. Meals and personal expenses are not included.
Are SIM cards included?
Yes. SIM card service is included for the student and up to three family members for one month, with unlimited local internet, calls, and SMS.
What happens after the first month of SIM service?
Any mobile service used after the included first month must be renewed and paid for by the user.
How many university transfers are included?
The package includes assistance with up to three eligible university-transfer procedures within Tbilisi, including document review, coordination, and credit-recognition support where applicable.
What minor-student support is available?
For eligible students under 18, the package can include local document preparation, translation and notarisation coordination, appointment of a representative, submission to relevant authorities, and representation for eligible government and university procedures.
Must the family arrange the power of attorney?
Yes. The parent or guardian must arrange and legalise the required power of attorney in the home country and provide the eligible original document to Univs.com in person.
What legal assistance is included?
The package includes one eligible case relating to the student’s visa, residence permit, extension, appeal, or student immigration status. It may include consultation, document preparation, translation, government fees, and administrative representation.
Does the lawyer service include court representation?
No. Court proceedings and court representation are not included.
Are unrelated legal matters included?
No. Criminal, civil, employment, tenancy, and immigration matters unrelated to the applicant’s student status are excluded.
When is tuition-fee refund assistance available?
It is available where the student seeks a tuition-fee refund following a visa refusal or TRC rejection.
What tuition-fee refund assistance is provided?
We prepare and submit the refund request, communicate with the university, follow up on the case, and provide administrative escalation where appropriate.
Is the tuition-fee refund guaranteed?
No. The final decision and any deductions are determined by the university. Bank-transfer and currency-conversion charges are not included.
How long do I have to request tuition-fee refund assistance?
The request must be submitted within six months of the visa refusal or TRC rejection.
Is airport pickup included?
Yes. One pickup from Tbilisi International Airport is included for up to eight passengers, with transportation to the student’s accommodation or hotel.
How early should airport pickup be requested?
Airport pickup must be requested at least three working days before arrival.
Is the university registration fee included?
No. University application, admission, registration, and tuition fees are separate.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Univs.com provides preparation, assistance, payment of specified included fees, and coordination. Final decisions remain with the relevant universities, banks, embassies, insurers, landlords, ministries, and government authorities.
Is the package refundable?
The package becomes non-refundable once document review, preparation, processing, insurance registration, booking, coordination, or another included service has started. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
Are unused services refundable?
No. Unused services are non-refundable.
Can the VIP Package be transferred to another person?
No. The package is personal to the registered applicant and is not transferable.

Univs.com provides administrative assistance, document preparation, consultation, coordination, in-person support, insurance arrangements, accommodation coordination, specified bookings, and payment of the fees expressly included in the VIP Package. Final decisions are made independently by universities, banks, embassies, insurers, landlords, ministries, courts, government authorities, and other third parties. Approval, admission, visa issuance, residency approval, university transfer, legal success, tuition-fee refund, or any other outcome cannot be guaranteed. Fees and costs not expressly identified as included remain the student’s responsibility. The package is valid for the duration of the student’s academic program, up to six years from the payment date, and becomes non-refundable once an included service begins. Unused services are non-refundable and the package is non-transferable. All services remain subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
