Your Univs portal brings application updates, document requests, messages, invoices, and support into one account. Pending means the file is waiting for an initial review. Admission Process Started means review work has begun. Application Submitted means the file has been forwarded into the relevant admissions workflow; it is not an admission decision.
Reply inside the application or portal thread so the message stays connected to the correct file. Upload only the documents requested for that application, and never send passwords, card details, or one-time codes in a message.
A Univs platform application can be free while an institute still charges its own application, tuition, or service fee. Check the invoice recipient, currency, amount, due date, and refund terms before paying. Keep the receipt in your account records.
If the issue is not tied to an existing application message, create a support ticket from your portal. Include the page or application reference, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot that contains no unnecessary personal information.
Contact the Univs team or sign in to keep an application-specific question connected to the right file.
