How to track your university application
To track an application made through Univs.com, sign in to My Univs at https://app.univs.com/login with the email address you used to apply. Each application shows its current stage, the documents still needed, messages from the admissions team and any invoices, and you get an email whenever something changes.

Track your application in four steps
- 1Open My Univs
Go to app.univs.com/login. Your account was created when you submitted your first application.
- 2Sign in with your application email
Use the same email address as on your application. If you do not know the password, use https://app.univs.com/password/reset to set a new one.
- 3Open the application
The dashboard lists every application. Open one to see its stage, timeline, document checklist and messages.
- 4Complete the next action
If a document is requested or a fee is due, the next action is shown at the top. Reply inside the application so the message reaches the right team.
What the application stages mean
- Application received / process started
- Your form is in and the team is checking it against the programme requirements.
- Documents requested
- Something is missing or needs correcting. The checklist shows exactly which file and why.
- Interview
- Some programmes, for example medicine and dentistry, include an online interview or test.
- Offer letter
- The university has accepted you. Any university application or registration fee is shown at this point if it applies.
- Education-authority recognition
- The Georgian authorities recognise your previous qualification. This is a legal step for international students.
- Admission / enrolment letter
- Final admission. You use this letter for your visa and travel.

Where can I check my application status?
In My Univs at https://app.univs.com/login. Sign in with the email address you applied with.
I forgot my password. How do I get into my account?
Reset it at https://app.univs.com/password/reset using your application email. The reset link arrives by email within a few minutes; check your spam folder.
My agency applied for me. How do I track it?
Your agency tracks the application in its Univs partner dashboard and keeps you updated. Ask your agency for the latest stage; it sees the same updates as the admissions team.
How long does an application to a Georgian university take?
It depends on the university and on recognition of your previous education by the Georgian authorities, usually several weeks. Each university application guide below lists the stages and typical timing.
Does tracking my application cost anything?
No. My Univs is free for students.
