How ordering works

The full total, including fees, is shown before you pay. Never pay a seller outside Univs.

Chat with the seller and send documents inside your order.

When the seller delivers, accept it or ask for changes. Open a dispute if something is wrong.

Only buyers with completed orders can review, so reviews come from real customers.

Costs and protection
- Buyers pay the service price plus a 5% service fee and a 2% transaction fee; orders under USD 200 add a USD 5 small-order fee. The full total is shown before payment.
- If an order is cancelled, you get your money back as Univs Wallet credit, or the order amount back to your card.
- Sellers are reviewed by Univs before they can sell. Verified sellers have had their documents checked.
- No seller can guarantee an admission, a visa or a residence permit. Report anyone who promises one.
For sellers
Free to join, no subscriptions: 10% commission only on completed orders. Earnings can be withdrawn 14 days after completion.
