Facilities are good, teachers are passionate and like their subjects, students are friendly and helpful as well as motivated. I can only recommend. Maybe the administration could improve a bit but probably they are just understaffed. I loved studying here, perfect uni for erasmus too :)

I think when it comes to reviews, ISU tops as one of the best university in Georgia, there is no corruption, they are not money minded, Cordial approach of the staff and teachers ,they care for the students and their career. its a student friendly university. ONLY THING I DIDNT EXPECT WAS THE RISE IN FEE. IT WAS SO AFFORDABLE AND NOW THEY HAVE INCREASED 600$!!
I am going to save that one star, to motivate them to grow and get better each year...by maintaining their standards and providing excellent world class infrastructure and Education.

It's a good university with a variety of departments. This particular building, for the humanities, is very well-appointed. There's a disabled entrance and restrooms. Incidentally, there are at least one or two restrooms on each floor.
There's a cafeteria. I didn't try the food.
There's a working elevator. (The stairs aren't always clean.)
There are sofas in the hallways. There are plugs and workspaces.
Some classrooms are very small for the large number of students. The boards, by the way, are white; you can write with markers. Each classroom has a computer, but not all have a licensed Windows version installed or activated.
There are two computer labs.
There's a cafeteria. I didn't try the food.

One of the best universities in Georgia, without a doubt.
With good internal infrastructure, good technological support, its own cafeteria, sparkling toilets, clean corridors and auditoriums, and, most importantly, full of highly qualified, extraordinary lecturers. Many lecturers also practice outside the university.
The only English department in the country cannot 'pull' us a little; the correctors of English language tests treat their work very irresponsibly. They correct papers as if they are in a hurry somewhere.
It is not just inattention; they simply do not have the appropriate qualifications, probably. If you write a topic above the English level of a fifth-sixth grader (for example, with a little more complex vocabulary and syntax), you will lose points. They do not know words such as, for example, 'virtually'.
Or that you can use 'display' and 'top' as verbs. So, they consider what they don't know to be a mistake. They deducted one point from me and gave me a 3/4 unfair grade.
That's how it happens here, in the English department of Iliauni.

I thinki ilia uni is better that Tbilisi State University. Because Iliauni is more technological, they are using modern methods on scientific researches. I know very very famous scientists from Iliauni and they are the best. Exams is easier than in Tbilisi State University.
