Registration fee details
The registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
It covers translation, notarization, and certification of application materials into Georgian in order to complete recognition and enrollment procedures at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
Normal registration takes 10–40 days, depending on the chosen process.

- Tuition fees must be paid by bank or wire transfer only. Payment confirmation by the financial office may take 10–14 business days. After transferring, send the official bank payment receipt to info@univs.com. Screenshots are not accepted. Add USD 25 to cover intermediary and related bank charges. Any excess will be adjusted toward the next semester tuition fee. Keep a copy of every payment receipt.

- The registration fee is strictly non-refundable. It covers translation, notarization, and certification of application materials into Georgian for submission to the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
- Processing time
- Approximately 30–45 business days after all required documents have been submitted.
- Deductions
- Bank transfer charges and intermediary-bank fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

- For a visa-refusal request, submit the official refusal letter issued by the embassy or consulate and the official bank receipt showing tuition payment.
- Policy details
- Tuition refunds The published policy permits tuition refund requests following a study-visa refusal, airport refusal, or residence-permit refusal. Visa or airport refusal The university retains USD 300 and refunds the remaining eligible amount. If a student pays the full annual tuition fee but studies for only one semester, USD 300 is deducted from the second-semester fee and the remaining eligible balance is refunded. Residence-permit refusal Before the academic year begins, the university retains 30% of the total amount. Before academic registration for the second semester begins, the university retains 50% of the total amount. Unsigned contract If the student does not sign the contract, the university retains the initial USD 1,000 deposit and refunds the remaining eligible balance.
