How Univs works

Search, apply, and keep every update connected

Use the public catalogue to compare participating institutes and programmes. When an application route is active, continue in My Univs to follow documents, messages, invoices, and status changes.

Example application journey

  1. 1
Application receivedYour submitted choices and documents are recorded.
  2. 2
Admission Process StartedReview work has begun. Check for requests.
  3. 3

01

Discover and compare

Filter the live catalogue by destination, programme, degree, tuition, language, intake, and other available fields. Save options and review the institute page before applying.

02

Choose your support route

Self-service is available where the listing has an active form. Optional institute, adviser, or registered-agent support may also be available and should be identified clearly.

03

Submit the correct file

Select the exact institute and programme, provide complete information, and upload only requested documents. Application fees shown by an institute are separate from the free Univs platform.

04

Track actions and decisions

Read each status as a processing milestone, not a guaranteed outcome. Respond to document and message requests inside the connected application record.

Inside My Univs

Why the portal matters

Email alone can separate a request from the application it belongs to. The portal keeps the record, next action, and latest update together so students and authorised teams work from the same context.

ApplicationsSelected institute and programme, current milestone, and history.
DocumentsRequested items, uploaded files, and replacement requests.
MessagesQuestions and replies connected to the relevant file.
InvoicesAmounts, currencies, due dates, payment status, and receipts.
Support ticketsA separate route for account or platform issues.

Free for students does not mean every university charge is free

Univs does not charge students a platform fee to search, compare, or submit an available application. Institutes may charge their own application, tuition, enrolment, or service fees. Univs may be funded by institution-paid recruitment, partnership, or advertising activity; this does not guarantee admission or make a sponsored result an academic recommendation.
