Registration fee details
The registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
It covers translation, notarization, and certification of application materials into Georgian in order to complete recognition and enrollment procedures at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
Normal registration takes 10–40 days, depending on the chosen process.

Any excess is adjusted toward the next semester’s tuition fee. Tuition information is provided for bank-transfer guidance only. Online checkout on Univs Pay accepts registration fees, not tuition fees.

- The registration fee is non-refundable because it covers translation, notarization and certification work for the application.
- Processing time
- Approximately 30–45 business days after all required evidence is submitted.
- Deductions
- Bank-transfer and intermediary-bank charges are deducted from an approved tuition refund.
- Required documents
- Official study-visa refusal letter from the embassy or consulate and the official tuition-payment bank receipt.

- Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition fees may be refundable when the student’s study-visa application is officially rejected, subject to the required evidence, processing time and bank-charge deductions shown here.
