Question 1

What are Georgian National University SEU’s tuition fees for international students?

Accepted Answer

SEU’s official 2025 international guide lists annual tuition of USD 5,900 for Medicine, USD 4,900 for Dentistry, USD 3,500 for Nursing and several business bachelor’s programs, and USD 3,900 for Information Technology and Data Science and Artificial Intelligence bachelor’s programs. Two-year master’s programs are listed at USD 3,850 or USD 3,950 per year, while the one-year EMBA is USD 3,900 total; confirm the current invoice before paying.

Question 2

Where can current students access the official SEU student portal and login safely?

Accepted Answer

SEU Student Affairs activates the student’s portal after enrollment and provides the official link and credentials. Use only the link supplied by SEU or reached through https://www.seu.edu.ge, and never enter credentials on an unverified third-party login page.

Question 3

Does SEU offer a tuition payment plan or installment options?

Accepted Answer

SEU’s published international-admission guide does not state a universal installment plan. It says Student Affairs requests tuition payment after the ministry decree, so students should obtain any installment arrangement in writing from SEU before relying on it.

Question 4

How can international students pay SEU fees by online or SWIFT bank transfer?

Accepted Answer

Use only the invoice or bank instructions issued by SEU after the relevant admission step. Ask your bank to include the student’s full name and SEU reference, retain the SWIFT receipt, and send the payment confirmation to iss@seu.edu.ge as directed; verify changed bank details with SEU first.

Question 5

How much is the SEU application fee?

Accepted Answer

SEU’s official 2025 international-admission guide does not publish a standard application-fee amount. Applicants should confirm the current fee and payment instructions directly with SEU Admissions and pay only against an official request or invoice.

Question 6

What is the estimated total cost of studying at SEU, including tuition, accommodation, and meals?

Accepted Answer

Total cost equals the chosen program’s tuition plus the student’s accommodation, food, transport, insurance, visa, and personal expenses in Tbilisi. SEU’s official guide does not publish a single hostel-and-meals package, so request current housing guidance and build a personal budget before applying.

Question 7

How long does an international bank transfer take to appear in a student’s SEU account?

Accepted Answer

The timing depends on the sending bank, intermediary banks, compliance checks, weekends, and the payment reference, so SEU does not guarantee one universal timeframe. Keep the SWIFT receipt, allow several business days, and ask SEU to confirm when the payment has been posted.

Question 8

Are SEU tuition or application payments refundable?

Accepted Answer

SEU’s published international-admission guide does not provide one general refund rule for every payment and circumstance. Before paying, request the applicable refund terms in writing, including deductions, visa-refusal treatment, withdrawal deadlines, and processing time.

Question 9

Where can applicants find SEU’s official website and verify admission or payment instructions?

Accepted Answer

SEU’s official website is https://www.seu.edu.ge. Verify admission and payment instructions there or directly with the university through admissions@seu.edu.ge or iss@seu.edu.ge, especially if a bank account or payment request arrives through another channel.

Question 14

When are SEU’s international-student intakes and application deadlines?
