Two-year master’s programs are listed at USD 3,850 or USD 3,950 per year, while the one-year EMBA is USD 3,900 total; confirm the current invoice before paying.

SEU Student Affairs activates the student’s portal after enrollment and provides the official link and credentials. Use only the link supplied by SEU or reached through https://www.seu.edu.ge, and never enter credentials on an unverified third-party login page.

SEU’s published international-admission guide does not state a universal installment plan. It says Student Affairs requests tuition payment after the ministry decree, so students should obtain any installment arrangement in writing from SEU before relying on it.

Use only the invoice or bank instructions issued by SEU after the relevant admission step. Ask your bank to include the student’s full name and SEU reference, retain the SWIFT receipt, and send the payment confirmation to iss@seu.edu.ge as directed; verify changed bank details with SEU first.

SEU’s official 2025 international-admission guide does not publish a standard application-fee amount. Applicants should confirm the current fee and payment instructions directly with SEU Admissions and pay only against an official request or invoice.

Total cost equals the chosen program’s tuition plus the student’s accommodation, food, transport, insurance, visa, and personal expenses in Tbilisi. SEU’s official guide does not publish a single hostel-and-meals package, so request current housing guidance and build a personal budget before applying.

The timing depends on the sending bank, intermediary banks, compliance checks, weekends, and the payment reference, so SEU does not guarantee one universal timeframe. Keep the SWIFT receipt, allow several business days, and ask SEU to confirm when the payment has been posted.

SEU’s published international-admission guide does not provide one general refund rule for every payment and circumstance. Before paying, request the applicable refund terms in writing, including deductions, visa-refusal treatment, withdrawal deadlines, and processing time.

SEU’s official website is https://www.seu.edu.ge. Verify admission and payment instructions there or directly with the university through admissions@seu.edu.ge or iss@seu.edu.ge, especially if a bank account or payment request arrives through another channel.

SEU is the official short name used by Georgian National University SEU in Tbilisi, Georgia. Applicants should use the full institutional name when checking accreditation, admissions, or payment information.

First-year applicants generally submit a passport, school-leaving certificate, application form, and B1 English certificate or equivalent evidence. Documents must be translated into Georgian and notarized in two hard copies; admission also requires an interview, qualification recognition, ministry approval, and any program-specific checks.

SEU’s official international guide lists English-taught Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Business Administration, Global Business Management, Business Management and Digital Technology, Information Technology, and Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. It also lists English-taught master’s programs in Business Administration, Financial Technology, Business Analysis, Executive Business Administration, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence.

Bachelor’s and one-cycle applicants generally need B1 English evidence. If an applicant has no accepted certificate or document, SEU’s guide says an internal English test can follow the interview; master’s programs may require B2. Confirm the rule for the chosen program.

SEU’s exact international deadlines vary by study period and program and are not fixed in its 2025 general guide. Applicants should use the current SEU admissions notice and allow time for document recognition and ministry processing, which the guide says can take several weeks.

Georgia’s official quality register lists SEU’s institutional authorization as valid through July 1, 2027. It lists the English Medicine program with a positive decision and the English Dentistry program with a positive decision subject to a progress-report condition, both valid through December 31, 2027. Licensing abroad remains regulator-specific.
