Urgent Ministry assistance, TRC residence permit processing, visa procedures, medical insurance, bank statement assistance, accommodation arrangements, and hotel bookings may each have different timelines. The overall process may take several weeks, and local transfer arrangements must be coordinated in advance. All timelines are subject to document readiness, availability, and third-party processing.

Processing times of universities, embassies and other authorities are not controlled by the seller and are not part of the delivery time.
