The process begins once the purchase is confirmed and all required information and documents have been received. Initial arrangements, including student visa assistance, medical insurance, accommodation, hotel booking, SIM card, and orientation, will be coordinated according to the student's needs and service availability. One-to-one class registration assistance and local guidance will be provided according to the university's schedule. Ongoing student support is available for up to six years, subject to the package terms. Legal assistance, residence permit extension guidance, and other services will be arranged as required. Processing times may vary depending on document readiness, university schedules, and third-party providers.
