Students admitted to an approved institution can use Qatar's Education Residence Visa route. In practice, the university or educational sponsor normally guides or facilitates the application. Police clearance / good conduct: Certificate issued by the authorities in the student's country of residence.

Parent or guardian consent: Required by Qatar University for undergraduate applicants to enrol and receive residence sponsorship.

Student declaration: Complete the institution's student declaration form where required.

Additional documents: The university or reviewing authority may request further documents based on the applicant's situation.
