Student Visa Process

Visa requirements depend on nationality and residence status. A non-EU applicant who requires a visa for full-time study normally uses Romania's long-stay study visa, marked D/SD, after receiving the Ministry of Education Letter of Acceptance. Admission, visa approval and the post-arrival residence permit are separate decisions.
