Valid passport or national identity document and compliant photograph where required.

Official admission or enrolment evidence from a recognised Slovenian institution.

Proof of a valid address or accommodation arrangement where required.

Proof of sufficient means in the current accepted form.

Health-insurance evidence valid for the applicant's nationality and status.

Certified translations, legalisation or apostille where the authority requires them.

Route-specific fee payment and any additional criminal-record or civil-status evidence requested by the authority.
