Program Overview
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at Georgian National University SEU is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in business principles and management practices. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical learning to prepare graduates for careers in the global business environment.
Goals, Outcomes & Methods
To give the student knowledge about the field of business administration, challenges and trends, to introduce the theories, concepts, functional areas of business and types of organization created for business development and value growth in a relevant environment.
To equip the graduate with the ability to evaluate their own role in the organization's projects and processes, plan under supervision and effectively carry out the tasks assigned according to the functional area.
To promote the formation of an entrepreneurial mindset, emphasizing the importance of ethical behavior in business processes, provide the necessary knowledge for the creation, management and development of a startup.
To develop practical skills in the use of modern information technologies so that the graduate can clearly communicate the necessary information both in writing and orally to various stakeholders inside and/or outside the organization
Knows the basic theories and concepts of business, business challenges in the global environment and the role of modern information technologies in business development.
Describes and explains the economic, legal, cultural and ethical diversity of the local and global business environment, the risks associated with them and ways of managing them.
Considers the international business environment and trends, explains the principles and importance of green economy, its implementation in the process of sustainable business development.
Analyzes business forms, organization types and startup strategies, business value growth and valuation methods, importance of business social responsibility and relates business idea to changing environmental conditions.
Describes in detail the processes of business administration according to the functional areas, their role in increasing the value of the company and evaluates possible or existing risks.
Collects information on a given problem in the functional area of business, uses quantitative and qualitative analysis, studies ways of solution and formulates a clear recommended position/opinion on a given task, presents orally or in writing.
Designs and develops a research project specific to the field of business administration and presents it in a form appropriate to the context, uses communication technologies and respects ethical norms.
Adapts to the team as a productive member, discusses own ideas, considers the opinions of others and actively participates in the team's work process.
Assesses own knowledge and skills to identify future learning needs.
Lectures, seminars, guided discussion, case and problem-based learning, individual and group assignments, presentations, practical or laboratory sessions, independent study, digital learning resources, and project or research supervision.
Program Structure & Plan
3 Years, 180 ECTS. The program is normally organized into progressive semesters covering foundations, core and advanced subjects, electives, practical or research work, and a final project, thesis, or clinical component as appropriate.

Who Should Apply
The program aims to develop analytical thinking, leadership abilities, decision-making skills, communication skills, and entrepreneurial competencies. Students gain both academic knowledge and practical experience, enabling them to work in local and international organizations or start their own businesses. What I appreciated the most was how she connected our lessons to real-life situations. She made a maximum effort to give us practical experiences, including taking us to the hospital and even giving us the opportunity to meet one of her patients. These experiences made the subject much more interesting and helped us understand how what we learn can be applied in real life.
She explains topics clearly, cares about her students, and always tries to make the lessons more engaging. I am very grateful to have had her as my professor and truly appreciate all the effort she made for us throughout the course.
