What the main statuses mean
- Pending: Univs has your application and is doing the first check. This is not a rejection or an offer.
- Documents requested: a file is missing or needs correcting. The checklist says which one and why.
- Interview: some programmes, especially medicine and dentistry, include an online interview or test.
- Offer letter received: the university has accepted you. The university application or registration fee is usually requested around this point.
- Education-authority recognition: the Georgian authorities recognise your previous qualification, a legal step for international students.
- Admission or enrolment letter: final admission, used for your visa and travel.
