Available Scholarship
CIU states that post-enrollment merit scholarships may cover 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25% of one semester tuition. A 10% sibling discount may also be available. Availability can change and should be reconfirmed with CIU.
Admission Requirements
Valid passport copy
Recent passport-style photograph
High school diploma or equivalent for undergraduate entry
Bachelor's diploma and academic transcript for postgraduate entry
English-language proof or a 2–3 minute English self-introduction video
For applicants under 18: birth certificate, parents' passport copies and parental consent / power of attorney
Full general education or equivalent. International applicants must provide proof of English proficiency at B1 level or complete CIU's accepted English assessment route.

Program Accreditation & Recognition
CIU announced unconditional seven-year accreditation for its Information Technology programs in November 2025.
Students who require a visa to study at an authorized Georgian institution normally apply for a D3 immigration visa. The correct entry route depends on citizenship and legal residence, so applicants must check Georgia’s eConsul eligibility tool and the responsible embassy before applying. Students staying long term may also need a study residence permit after arrival.

The Medical staff are all very good and teach in good English, they make sure that you understand the subject and if you don’t they are more than happy to go the extra mile to explain it to you so you understand. Deans office is busy, but the problem is not the staffs problems it’s the students not learning to line up in an orderly manner and the blame goes to the Deans office for being slow, but in reality it’s the students who don’t respect the staffs work and time. I have never had a problem with any part of the University.
